The Vaughan fleet: six classes, one fare engine

Executive and premium sedans, luxury SUVs, executive Sprinters, stretch limousines and party buses — every one bookable instantly with a fixed fare.

  • Fixed fare
  • Flight-tracked
  • 60 / 30 min free wait
  • Door-to-door
Executive Sedan
SED · up to 3 passengers · 2 large + 2 carry-on

Executive Sedan

Cadillac XTS, Lincoln Continental, Mercedes E-Class or similar

Leather seating, rear climate control, USB power and bottled water. Quiet enough for a call on the 407, roomy enough for a laptop. The class the engine offers first for a Woodbridge or Thornhill airport run because it fits most bookings.

Best for: The everyday Vaughan-to-Pearson car — one or two travellers, a normal amount of luggage.

Book a Executive Sedan
Premium Sedan
PRM · up to 3 passengers · 2 large + 2 carry-on

Premium Sedan

Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Genesis G90 or similar

Long-wheelbase flagship sedans with reclining rear seats and the sound insulation that turns a Highway 400 crawl into a lounge. The default for Vaughan Metropolitan Centre corporate accounts hosting a visiting board member.

Best for: Executives, VIP guests and anyone who wants the quietest cabin on the road.

Book a Premium Sedan
Luxury SUV
SUV · up to 6 passengers · 5 large + 4 carry-on

Luxury SUV

Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban or similar

Full-size three-row SUVs with a proper cargo bay behind the third row. Winter tyres from November, roof-height clearance for ski and golf bags, and a child seat on request at booking. The class we send for a Kleinburg family flying out of Pearson.

Best for: Families, Blue Mountain ski weekends, golf trips and anyone travelling with more than two suitcases.

Book a Luxury SUV
Executive Sprinter
VAN · up to 14 passengers · 14 large

Executive Sprinter

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive van

High-roof vans with forward-facing captain's chairs, a rear luggage compartment and standing headroom. One vehicle instead of four sedans — simpler to track, cheaper per seat and everyone arrives at the venue at the same time.

Best for: Wedding parties, corporate groups, sports teams and Wonderland or Vaughan Mills outings moving together.

Book a Executive Sprinter
Stretch Limousine
STR · up to 8 passengers · Minimal — occasion use

Stretch Limousine

Lincoln or Cadillac stretch limousine

Fibre-optic ceilings, a bar console with glassware and a privacy partition. Not the vehicle for a luggage-heavy airport run, but exactly right for the church-to-hall transfer on a Woodbridge wedding day or a night out that starts at the front door.

Best for: Weddings at Vaughan's banquet halls, proms, anniversaries and the arrival that is meant to be noticed.

Book a Stretch Limousine
Party Bus
BUS · up to 30 passengers · Minimal — occasion use

Party Bus

20 to 30-passenger limo bus with wrap-around seating

Wrap-around leather seating, sound system, LED lighting and a bar area, with a chauffeur who handles the venue drop-offs and the late pickup. Booked by the hour with a minimum that depends on the day of the week and the season.

Best for: Proms, stag and stagette nights, birthdays, Wonderland groups and wedding guest shuttles that want the party to start on board.

How to choose a class, and why makes are "or similar"

The reservation engine prices by class, not by make, and the reason is reliability: promising a specific Escalade for a Tuesday-morning airport run means either turning away the booking when that vehicle is on a Muskoka job or sending it late. Promising the class means the nearest vehicle of that class to your Vaughan address takes the trip, on time. The makes listed above are representative of what each class is — a Cadillac XTS or a Mercedes E-Class in the Executive Sedan class, an Escalade or a Navigator in the Luxury SUV class — and every vehicle is late-model, dark, unbranded, cleaned between trips and carrying commercial livery insurance. For a wedding, a preference for a white or black stretch is noted and honoured where the vehicle assigned allows.

Capacity, honestly

The passenger and luggage figures above are working maximums, not marketing. Three adults with two large suitcases and two carry-ons fit an Executive Sedan; a third large suitcase does not, and the chauffeur will not put it on the back seat. Six in a Luxury SUV means six with the third row up and five large bags behind it — a family of four with a double stroller, two car seats and March-break luggage is an SUV booking with room to spare. Fourteen in a Sprinter is fourteen with a rear luggage bay. Eight in a stretch is eight with a small trunk. Twenty to thirty on the party bus depends on the vehicle assigned, and the confirmation states the exact maximum. When you are at the edge of a class, book the next one up; the difference in fare is smaller than the discomfort of a bag on a lap through the 401, and the engine shows the difference before you commit.

Which class for which Vaughan trip

  • Pearson airport, one or two people: Executive Sedan. The Vaughan airport limo page has the timings.
  • Pearson with a family and luggage: Luxury SUV, always.
  • A visiting executive or client: Premium Sedan, with meet-and-greet if you want the chauffeur inside the terminal.
  • A group on one flight, a wedding party, a Wonderland birthday: Executive Sprinter.
  • A wedding couple, a prom group of eight, an anniversary dinner: Stretch Limousine — see the stretch page.
  • A stag, a prom group of twenty-four, a guest shuttle: Party Bus — see the party bus page.
  • Blue Mountain, Muskoka, Niagara: Luxury SUV for the gear and the comfort over two hours; Sprinter for a group; never the stretch.
  • A medical day, a passenger with a walker: Luxury SUV for the door height; the chauffeur assists.

Child seats, pets and accessibility

Forward-facing, toddler and booster seats are a per-seat add-on selected at booking and installed before pickup — tell us the child's age and weight in the notes; Ontario requires the correct seat for children under eight or under 36 kg / 145 cm in any vehicle. Service animals travel in every class; pets in a carrier in sedans and SUVs when told at booking; larger dogs in an SUV. Sedans and SUVs suit most passengers with mobility limits, and chauffeurs assist to and from the door; a passenger who remains in a power wheelchair needs a lift-equipped vehicle, which we do not operate, and we will say so and point to York Region's Mobility On-Request rather than send the wrong car.

What is in every vehicle

Bottled water, phone chargers, climate control set to what you ask for, a clean cabin, and a chauffeur who carries the luggage, holds the umbrella and says nothing unless you want conversation. Winter tyres from November on every vehicle. The occasion vehicles add the bar console, glassware, ice, the lighting and the sound system; the Sprinter adds standing headroom and the rear luggage compartment; the SUV adds the roof carriage for skis and golf bags.

Maintenance, inspection and insurance

Every vehicle is inspected on the schedule LimousineAssociation.International requires and carries commercial livery insurance, which is the cover that applies to paying passengers and the one a personal auto policy — the kind a rideshare driver holds — does not provide. Certificates are available on request for corporate procurement. The comparison page explains why this matters more than the badge on the grille.

Booking a class

Choose the class in the reservation engine and the fare is fixed for the trip; the vehicle assigned is the nearest of that class to your address, and its details are in your confirmation the evening before. For a wedding, a production or a corporate event needing several classes on one day, the contact page builds the plan.

Class by class, with the trips each one actually does

The Executive Sedan does the majority of the site's work: the Woodbridge-to-Terminal-1 run at 5 a.m., the Thornhill-to-Yorkville dinner, the VMC corporate transfer, the Cortellucci appointment. It is the lowest fare and the right answer whenever the passenger count is one or two and the luggage is normal. The Premium Sedan does the same trips for the passenger for whom the car is part of the impression — the visiting partner, the board member, the client dinner — and for the executive who wants to work on the 407 in silence. The Luxury SUV does the family airport run, the ski weekend to Blue Mountain, the cottage to Muskoka, the Niagara wine day for six, the golf foursome to Eagles Nest and the medical day for a passenger with a walker; it is the most versatile vehicle in the fleet and the one most often booked when the sedan is a squeeze. The Executive Sprinter does the wedding party, the corporate delegation from Pearson, the Wonderland birthday for fourteen, the conference shuttle from the Highway 7 hotels and the production week. The Stretch Limousine does the wedding couple's day, the prom group of eight, the anniversary and the surprise arrival at Pearson. The Party Bus does the stag, the prom group of twenty-four, the guest shuttle and the concert night.

What the chauffeur checks before every trip

Tyres and fluids, the cabin's cleanliness, the water and chargers, the child seat if one was requested, the route for the day's conditions, the pickup address on the map and — for a Kleinburg gate, a Woodbridge cul-de-sac or a VMC tower — the exact stopping place agreed the night before. For the occasion vehicles, the bar is stocked as agreed, the lighting and sound are tested, and the decoration is in place. The chauffeur's own check is dress, the passenger's name, the flight number and the confirmation's notes. None of this is visible from the back seat, which is why it matters.

Booking the right class the first time

The engine shows every class for every trip with its fare, and it will not stop you booking a sedan for six people; the chauffeur will, at the kerb, and nobody enjoys that conversation. Count the passengers, count the large bags, add one for the stroller or the golf bags, and read the capacities above. If the count is at the edge, book up. If the trip is over an hour, book the SUV over the stretch. If the group is over eight, book the Sprinter or the bus. The FAQ covers child seats, pets and accessibility in more detail, and the contact page will tell you honestly which class fits when the form does not make it obvious.

Occasion vehicles: what "hourly with a minimum" means

The stretch limousine and the party bus are reserved for a block of time because they are reserved for a date: a June Saturday booked for a wedding is a June Saturday no other wedding can have, and the minimum — typically five or six hours on a peak day, shorter on a weekday evening — reflects that. The engine shows the hourly rate and the minimum before you accept, and a wedding is priced as a fixed day through the contact page so the couple knows the whole figure. The Sprinter sits between: it is booked point-to-point for an airport group and by the hour for a wedding party or a Wonderland day, and the engine offers both. Sedans and SUVs are point-to-point by default and hourly when the day has more than one stop; the hourly page explains when each wins.

The vehicles in winter

Every vehicle runs winter tyres from November to April, carries the kit, and is driven by a chauffeur who has done the 400 in a whiteout. The SUV is the winter vehicle of choice for anything beyond the city — Blue Mountain, Muskoka, a January Pearson run in a storm — and the stretch is the one the chauffeur will keep off the 407 in snow if the 400 is clear. Bookings that cannot be driven safely are moved rather than forced; that decision is the chauffeur's and is made on the day, and it is rare.

The vehicles and the network

Beyond Ontario, the same six classes are booked through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network with the same names: an Executive Sedan at Heathrow, a Luxury SUV at Orlando, a Sprinter at Fiumicino. The member operator's vehicle is of the class agreed and the fare is fixed in Canadian dollars; the confirmation carries our reference. The network page explains the standards a member has to meet, which are the ones that apply to every vehicle on this page.

Reading the class names on the booking engine

The reservation engine lists the classes by the names used on this page, in the order of fare: Executive Sedan first, then Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV, Executive Sprinter, Stretch Limousine and Party Bus. Each shows its passenger and luggage maximum beside the fare so the choice can be made on the screen, and the occasion vehicles show their hourly rate and minimum rather than a point-to-point figure. If a class is unavailable for the date — a June Saturday's stretches, a Boxing Day morning's SUVs — the engine says so and offers the next class, and the contact page will tell you honestly whether that substitute works for your trip or whether to change the time. The class you book is the class that arrives; that promise is the whole basis of the fleet page.

FAQ

Fleet questions

Will I get the exact car pictured?

You will get the class you booked — the nearest late-model vehicle of that class to your Vaughan address. Makes are representative; the confirmation the evening before names the vehicle and plate.

How much luggage fits in each class?

Executive and Premium Sedan: two large suitcases and two carry-ons. Luxury SUV: five large bags with six passengers. Sprinter: fourteen large in the rear bay. Stretch: a small trunk. Party bus: minimal.

Can I request a white stretch limousine for a wedding?

Yes — note the preference at booking and it is honoured where the vehicle assigned allows.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

Sedans and SUVs suit passengers who can transfer to a seat, with a folded chair or walker in the cargo bay. We do not operate lift-equipped vehicles for passengers who remain in a power wheelchair, and we will say so and point you to an accessible operator.

Do child seats cost extra?

Child and toddler seats are a small per-seat add-on shown by the engine at booking; give the child's age and weight and the seat is installed before pickup.

Do you run winter tyres?

Yes, on every vehicle from November.

Which class is cheapest per person for a group?

The Executive Sprinter — fourteen seats at one hourly or point-to-point rate — is the lowest per-seat cost for any group over six, and the party bus is next for twenty or more. Two sedans for six people cost more than one SUV; four sedans for twelve cost far more than one Sprinter.

Can I see the exact vehicle before I book?

The class photographs on this page are representative; the exact vehicle and plate are in your confirmation the evening before. For a wedding, the colour preference for the stretch is noted at booking.

Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Sedans and SUVs carry USB and wireless charging; mobile hotspots are available on request for corporate bookings. Ask in the notes.

Is there a smoking vehicle?

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle in the fleet.
