Stretch limousine rental in Vaughan
A stretch limousine in Vaughan is an eight-passenger Lincoln or Cadillac stretch with a fibre-optic ceiling, bar console, privacy partition and a chauffeur in formal dress, booked by the hour with a minimum for weddings, proms, anniversaries, birthdays, airport arrivals that are meant to be noticed, and nights out. It is on the same reservation engine as the sedans, so the fare is fixed before you commit.
The stretch is the vehicle people picture when they say "limo", and in Vaughan it works harder than almost anywhere in the GTA because of the weddings. But it is booked for a good deal else: the fortieth-birthday dinner in Yorkville, the anniversary at a Kleinburg restaurant, the surprise pickup at Pearson for a parent flying in from Italy, the graduation, the night out for eight that would otherwise be two cars. It is an occasion vehicle — minimal luggage, hourly booking, a minimum — and understanding that is the difference between a great booking and a disappointing one.
What is inside
Eight seats in a J-shaped leather arrangement facing each other; a bar console with glassware, ice wells and, on request, champagne flutes; fibre-optic and LED ceiling lighting; a sound system with your phone connected; tinted windows; a privacy partition to the chauffeur; climate control. Luggage space is a small trunk — a garment bag and a couple of overnight bags, not a family's suitcases. The fleet page has the specification; the vehicle assigned is a late-model Lincoln or Cadillac stretch, and for a wedding you can ask for white or black when you book.

When the stretch is the right vehicle — and when it is not
Right: the couple on a wedding day; a prom group of eight; a birthday or anniversary dinner where the arrival is part of the gift; a night out for six to eight who want to be together; a graduation; a surprise airport arrival where the point is the surprise, not the luggage.
Not right: a family airport run with suitcases (that is a Luxury SUV); a business trip (that is a Premium Sedan); a group of twelve (that is a Sprinter or a party bus); a long-distance trip to Muskoka or Niagara, where a stretch is uncomfortable for two hours and an SUV is not. We will say so at booking rather than send the wrong vehicle.
Pricing: hourly, with a minimum
The stretch is priced per hour with a minimum that depends on the day and the season: longer on Saturdays from May to October and in June, shorter on a weekday evening. The engine shows both before you commit. The hour includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, ice, glassware, water and soft drinks; spirits and champagne can be added from the options list at booking; gratuity and venue parking are not included. For a wedding, the contact page gets you a fixed price for the whole day rather than an hourly estimate. A deposit holds the date.
The occasions, in Vaughan terms
Weddings — the church-to-hall circuit described on the wedding page; the stretch is with the couple from the bride's home to the grand entrance, and photographs with the car at each stop are part of the booking.
Anniversaries and birthdays — a pickup in Woodbridge, dinner on Woodbridge Avenue or downtown, a drive along the lake, home. Three or four hours; the chauffeur waits outside the restaurant.
Proms — eight from a house in Maple to the banquet hall and home, dry, parent-confirmed, at the agreed times.
Airport arrivals — a stretch at Pearson with a name board for a parent, a grandparent or a client who will remember it. The stretch waits at the pre-arranged pickup area like any other vehicle; the chauffeur meets inside with meet-and-greet selected.
Nights out — a concert at Scotiabank Arena, a show, a casino night at Great Blue Heron or Woodbine, a Niagara evening at Fallsview. Hourly, with the chauffeur as the designated driver for eight.
Graduations and quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens — the family occasions where the arrival matters and the passengers are a mix of ages; the chauffeur's formality suits the day.
Booking a stretch limousine
Choose the stretch in the reservation engine, enter the first pickup, the start time and the hours you expect, and put the other addresses, the venue and any decoration or colour preference in the notes. For weddings and multi-vehicle days, use the contact page and we build the plan with you. Saturdays in wedding season and the whole of June go first.
A stretch limousine evening, as it runs
A fortieth birthday for six from a house in Woodbridge: the stretch at the kerb at six-thirty for the photographs, champagne flutes for the guests of age, the 427 and the Gardiner to a restaurant on King West, the chauffeur waiting on Wellington, a drive along the lake and up the DVP with the lights on at ten-thirty, home by eleven-thirty. Five hours at the hourly rate. A surprise at Pearson: a stretch with meet-and-greet for grandparents arriving from Lisbon, the chauffeur inside Terminal 1 with a name board and the family in the car — the luggage goes in a second sedan booked for the purpose, because the stretch's trunk will not take four suitcases, and we say so at booking.
What is stocked, and what you bring
The bar console carries ice, glassware, bottled water and soft drinks; champagne, wine or spirits for passengers of legal age can be added from the engine's options list at booking or brought along, confirmed at booking, and never on a prom or any booking with anyone under nineteen. The sound system connects to your phone. The fibre-optic and LED lighting is the chauffeur's to set as you like. A cooler for the wine tour rides in the trunk. Decoration for a wedding — ribbon, a sign, flowers you supply — is arranged the morning of.
Care of the vehicle
A stretch is a specialist vehicle and the rules are few: no smoking or vaping, no standing while it moves, no more than eight, and damage beyond normal wear at cost. A cleaning fee applies only if the car needs more than its normal turnaround, which in practice means a spilled bottle of red wine on a wedding day and almost nothing else. The chauffeur decides where the car can safely stop, and downtown that means the hotel drives and the theatre lanes rather than the kerb outside a bar on King Street.
Weddings: the stretch's day in detail
On a wedding day the stretch belongs to the couple from the first photograph to the grand entrance. It is at the bride's home at the hour the photographer set — usually forty-five minutes before the departure — decorated as agreed, with the chauffeur in formal dress holding the door for the pictures. It takes the bride and her father to the church and waits; it takes the couple from the church to the photo location and waits; it takes them to the hall, and the chauffeur positions it for the door shot and the grand-entrance photographs. After that it is released, or held for the couple's departure at the end of the night if the booking includes it. The wedding page has the timeline and the banquet halls guide the doors; what the stretch adds is the picture at each of them.
Anniversaries, birthdays, graduations: booking the evening
For an evening occasion the booking is by the hour from the first pickup to the last drop: three hours for a dinner in Woodbridge or Kleinburg, four or five for downtown with a show, six for the Niagara casino night. The chauffeur is at the kerb fifteen minutes early for the photographs, waits at each stop, and takes the long way home along the lake with the lights on if you ask. Champagne or spirits can be added at booking from the options list or brought along; the flutes and ice are stocked. A Luxury SUV or a Premium Sedan is the alternative for two who want the chauffeur without the theatre, and the engine shows all three.
Proms: the stretch's rules in one paragraph
Eight passengers, a parent or guardian confirming the booking and receiving the chauffeur's details, no alcohol carried or consumed, the pickups and the return at the times agreed with that parent, and a chauffeur who counts heads and holds to the plan. The prom page explains why those rules are what make the night possible.
The stretch at the venues, in detail
At Vaughan's banquet halls the stretch goes to the grand-entrance door and waits in the loop or the lane the valet assigns — Chateau Le Jardin's front loop, Paradise's driveway, the Venetian's Romina Drive frontage. Downtown it uses the hotel porte-cochères and the theatres' pre-arranged lanes; at Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Centre it meets at a nearby corner because it cannot loiter on Bremner. At Pearson it uses the pre-arranged pickup area like any other vehicle. The banquet halls guide has each hall's rule; the chauffeur confirms the day before, and the stretch is detailed the evening before every booking.
Booking the stretch as a gift
A surprise stretch for a parent's birthday or a couple's anniversary is booked in the giver's name with the passengers' names and mobile in the notes; the chauffeur's arrival text goes to the passengers, the confirmation and receipt to the giver, and the destination — a restaurant in Kleinburg, a night downtown — is whatever the giver has planned. Tell us it is a surprise and the chauffeur will not spoil it at the kerb.

The Vaughan details
A stretch turns in most Vaughan driveways but not all — the chauffeur checks the pickup address the night before and, for a cul-de-sac in Kleinburg or a townhouse lane in Concord, agrees a spot on the street. The banquet halls all take a stretch at the door. Downtown, the stretch uses the hotel porte-cochères and the pre-arranged lanes at the theatres; for the arena and the stadium, the meeting point is a nearby corner because a stretch cannot loiter on Bremner. And the stretch is the one vehicle we do not send on the 407 in a snowstorm if the 400 is clear — it is long, low and heavy, and the chauffeur's judgment on the night is final.
Stretch limousine: questions answered
How many people fit in a stretch limousine?
Eight, in a J-shaped leather arrangement. Luggage space is a small trunk — a garment bag and a couple of overnight bags.
Can I choose a white or black stretch?
Ask at booking; for weddings the preference is noted and honoured where the vehicle assigned allows. Both are late-model Lincoln or Cadillac stretches.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes — hourly with a minimum that depends on the day and season, shown by the engine before you commit. Weddings are priced as a fixed day through the contact page.
Can we drink in the stretch?
Passengers of legal age may, when confirmed at booking and with the partition closed. Never on a booking carrying anyone under nineteen; prom bookings are dry.
Is a stretch suitable for an airport run?
For a surprise arrival, yes. For a family with suitcases, no — book the Luxury SUV. The stretch's trunk is small.
Do you send a stretch to Niagara or Muskoka?
We advise an SUV or Sprinter for trips over an hour; the stretch is built for occasions, not distance. Ask and we will say which is better for your group.
How early does the stretch arrive for a wedding?
Fifteen minutes before the photographer's first shot with the car — usually forty-five minutes before the departure for the church — decorated and detailed.
Can the stretch take us to Niagara for the day?
It can, but we advise the Luxury SUV or the Sprinter for two hours on the QEW; the stretch is built for the occasion, not the distance. Ask and we will say honestly.
Is gratuity included in the stretch's hourly rate?
No — gratuity is at your discretion and is never added without your say-so. Corporate accounts may set a fixed policy so travellers never handle it.
How does limo rental Vaughan-wide work?
Limo rental in Vaughan is chauffeured only: the stretch is booked by the hour for the occasion, the reservation engine shows the complete price for your date, and the chauffeur is part of every booking.
