The travel desk: the rest of the trip, from the same page
Every page on this site carries a search widget powered by BookingWorldwide.net. It has seven tabs — Stays, Flights, Resorts, Activities, Packages, Car rentals and Chauffeur — and the idea behind it is simple: the drive to Pearson, the flight and the hotel are one trip, and one trip is easier to plan in one place. The chauffeur tab brings you back to the reservation engine; the other six hand you to BookingWorldwide's engine with your dates and destination filled in.
How each tab works
Stays takes a city, island or hotel name and your dates, and opens BookingWorldwide's hotel search for that destination. For the 99 destinations the engine deep-links — the ones the widget suggests as you type — you land on the destination page directly, with the airport already known. Flights defaults the origin to Toronto (YYZ) because that is where a Vaughan trip starts, and takes the destination, dates and cabin. Resorts filters by region and style — beach, all-inclusive, family, golf, ski, spa — for the Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Caribbean and Mexican resort trips Vaughan books most. Activities finds tours and tickets at the far end. Packages bundles the flight and the hotel. Car rentals is for the days you do not want a chauffeur: a week in Florida, a Blue Mountain condo for the season.

Why a limousine company runs a travel desk
Because the airport transfer is the first and last hour of a trip, and the people who book it are the same people booking everything else. A Kleinburg family flying to Orlando in March break books a Luxury SUV to Terminal 3, a flight, a hotel near the parks and a car on the ground — four bookings on four sites, four confirmations, four sets of terms. The travel desk turns that into two: the chauffeur here, everything else through BookingWorldwide, with the same network behind both. When the trip is somewhere the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network operates, the chauffeur at the destination is booked through our desk too.
What the desk does not do
It does not sell anything itself. The widget collects what you want and opens BookingWorldwide.net in a new tab, where the booking is completed on their engine under their terms. Prices shown there are theirs; we do not mark them up and we do not see your payment details. If you would rather book travel elsewhere, nothing about the limousine booking changes.
Trips Vaughan plans here
- Winter escapes. Pearson to Cancún, Punta Cana, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale — the Vaughan airport limo to Terminal 1 or 3, then a package or a resort.
- Ski weekends. Blue Mountain by SUV, with a Village condo through Stays.
- Cottage season. Muskoka resorts — Deerhurst, JW Marriott Rosseau, Windermere — through Resorts.
- Niagara. A Niagara Falls day trip by chauffeur, or a Fallsview hotel night through Stays.
- Business travel. Flights and hotels for the traveller, the corporate account for the ground.
- Cross-border. Buffalo Airport by chauffeur for the cheaper US fare found under Flights.
Sister directories for the research
HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory are the network's directories for hotels and destinations — useful when the question is "where" rather than "how much". The route pages on this site link to them where a destination has a directory page.
Three trips, tab by tab
A Kleinburg family's March break. Flights: Toronto (YYZ) to Orlando, the dates, four travellers. Stays: "Orlando", a hotel near the parks. Car rentals: Orlando airport, a week. Then the chauffeur tab — or the reservation engine — for a Luxury SUV from Kleinburg to Terminal 3 at 5 a.m. and back a week later, both legs fixed. Four bookings, two sites, one plan on the fridge.
A Concord executive's Montreal day. Flights: YYZ to YUL, out at seven, back at eight. Chauffeur: Executive Sedan from Concord to Terminal 1, and a sedan in Montreal through the network for the two meetings. No hotel. On a corporate account, both cars land on one invoice.
A Woodbridge couple's Niagara weekend. Stays: "Niagara Falls", a Fallsview room. Activities: the wine tour and the boat. Chauffeur: a one-way Executive Sedan on Friday from Woodbridge and a one-way back on Sunday — the Niagara route page explains why two one-ways beat an hourly booking for an overnight.
Tips for the desk
The destination box suggests as you type; choosing a suggested name lands you on that destination's own page with the airport already known, which saves a step. Dates default to two weeks out — change them. The Flights tab assumes Toronto Pearson as the origin because that is where a Vaughan trip starts; change it to Billy Bishop (YTZ) for Porter's routes or Hamilton (YHM) for the low-cost carriers, and the route pages cover the chauffeur to each. Resorts is filtered by style, so "Ski" in winter returns Blue Mountain and the Quebec hills, "Family" in summer returns Muskoka and the Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara. Everything opens in a new tab so this page — and your chauffeur booking — stays where it was.
Why one plan matters
The trips that go wrong are the ones with three confirmations in three inboxes: the flight moves and the transfer does not, the hotel is booked for the wrong night, the car at the far end was never booked at all. Keeping the chauffeur here and the travel there, with the same network behind both, is not a gimmick; it is the reason a corporate travel coordinator can see the whole trip in one place, and the reason a family's holiday starts at the front door in Vaughan rather than at a parking garage. The FAQ covers what happens when a flight is cancelled — the transfer moves without charge when you tell us — and the Vaughan airport limo page explains the timings the desk cannot.
For hotels and destinations, the directories
HotelsWorldwide.Directory is where to research a hotel before booking it; VacationsWorldwide.Directory is where to research the destination. Both are sister platforms of the limousine directory that stands behind every chauffeur booked through this desk, which is why the network page treats them as part of the same system rather than as advertisements.
What the desk is best at, and what it is not
The desk is best at the trips a Vaughan family or company plans a few weeks ahead: the winter escape, the ski weekend, the cottage, the conference. It is quick for flights out of Pearson because the origin is pre-set and the destinations are suggested; it is quick for hotels because the 99 deep-linked destinations land you on the right page with the airport already known. It is less useful for a last-minute one-way flight tonight — the airline's own site is faster — and it is not a travel agent: nobody on our side sees or manages the travel booking, and questions about a hotel reservation go to BookingWorldwide, not to the dispatcher. The chauffeur booking is ours; the rest is theirs; the plan is yours.
For corporate travel coordinators
A coordinator booking a director's Montreal day can search the flight in the desk, hold the times, and book the Executive Sedan to Terminal 1 and the Montreal car through the network against those times, all from this site, with the ground on the corporate account invoice. For a roadshow across three cities, the same, with our coordinator holding the ground plan while the flights sit in the desk. The desk does not replace a corporate travel management company; it replaces the six browser tabs the coordinator would otherwise have open.
For wedding guests and out-of-town family
The wedding page explains how guests from Italy, Florida and Vancouver are moved from Pearson to the Highway 7 hotels and to the hall. The desk is where those guests book the hotel — "Vaughan" in the Stays tab returns the Highway 7 cluster — and the flight, and it is the link the couple can send with the invitation so that the guests book the room and the chauffeur from one page.
For the Vaughan hotels' guests
A visitor staying at the Element, the Novotel or the Hilton Garden Inn on Highway 7 who wants to add a Niagara day, a Wonderland day or a night downtown finds the activities and the second hotel in the desk and the chauffeur for each on the route and guide pages. The Vaughan Mills and Wonderland guides are written for exactly that visitor.
Three more Vaughan trips, briefly
A Thornhill couple's anniversary in Lisbon: Flights from YYZ, Stays in the Chiado, Activities for the day trips, the chauffeur to Terminal 1 here and a sedan at Lisbon airport through the network. A Maple family's Florida March break: the same pattern with Car rentals for the week and a Luxury SUV to Terminal 3 at 5 a.m. A Concord company's sales conference in Las Vegas: six flights, one hotel block, six Premium Sedans to Pearson on the corporate account and a Sprinter at McCarran through the network, all on one invoice.
The desk and the routes on this site
Every route page — Niagara, Blue Mountain, Muskoka, Buffalo, Hamilton — ends with the desk for the hotel or the flight at the far end, and every guide — Wonderland, Vaughan Mills, the McMichael — assumes a visitor who booked the Highway 7 hotel through it. The desk is the thread that makes a limousine site useful to someone who has not yet decided where they are going; the reservation engine is what they use once they have.
Privacy and the desk
The widget on this site collects only what you type into it and hands it to BookingWorldwide.net in a new tab; nothing is stored here, and the privacy policy covers the limousine booking separately. BookingWorldwide's own policy governs the travel booking, as the network page explains.
A note on dates and destinations
The desk's date fields default to a fortnight ahead so that a search returns live inventory rather than an error; change them to your dates before searching. The destination box's suggestions are the engine's 99 deep-linked destination pages — choose one and the search lands with the airport pre-set — but any city, island or hotel name typed freely still searches. Currency and language follow BookingWorldwide's settings; the chauffeur booking on this site is always in Canadian dollars. If a search returns nothing for a small town, try the nearest city; the resort filters are the exception and take a region.
Travel desk: questions answered
Does booking travel through the desk change my limousine booking?
No. The two are separate transactions. The chauffeur is booked and paid here; travel is booked and paid on BookingWorldwide.net. The desk simply keeps the plan in one place.
Are the travel prices marked up?
No. You see BookingWorldwide's prices on its own engine; we add nothing and see nothing of your payment.
Can I book a chauffeur at the destination too?
Yes, through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network — use the contact page with the destination addresses and dates and you get a fixed figure back.
Does the desk work on a phone?
Yes — the tabs stack and the destination suggestions work on a phone screen. The travel booking opens in a new tab on BookingWorldwide.net.
Can I book only the travel and not the chauffeur?
Yes. The desk is there for convenience; nothing about a travel booking depends on booking a car.
Why does the Flights tab default to Toronto Pearson?
Because a Vaughan trip starts there in most cases. Change it to Billy Bishop (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM) or Buffalo (BUF) for the routes those airports serve; the route pages cover the chauffeur to each.
Is there a fee for using the desk?
No. You see BookingWorldwide's own prices, and we add nothing.
Can I save a search and come back to it?
The desk does not store searches; BookingWorldwide's own site does once you are on it. The chauffeur booking on this site is confirmed by email immediately and is the record to keep.
