Terms of service

Bookings. A booking is confirmed when the reservation engine or our desk sends a confirmation email carrying a reference. The fare stated in that confirmation is fixed for the trip described — the addresses, the vehicle class, the passenger count and any extras selected. Changes to addresses, stops, waiting time or vehicle class are billed at the rates stated in the confirmation.

Vehicles. Bookings are for a vehicle class. Makes and models shown on this site are representative; the vehicle assigned is the nearest available of that class. Capacities stated on the fleet page are maximums for passengers and luggage.

Airport pickups. Pickups are tracked to the airline's live arrival time. Sixty minutes of waiting after an international arrival and thirty after a domestic arrival are free; further waiting is billed at the hourly rate in the confirmation. Curbside pickup is included; meet-and-greet inside the terminal is a paid add-on.

Cancellations. Cancellation terms are shown at checkout and repeated in the confirmation. Transfers cancelled with the stated notice are free; late cancellations and no-shows are billed. Occasion vehicles (stretch limousines, party buses) require a deposit and follow the occasion terms shown at booking. Airline cancellations are accommodated without charge when reported.

Conduct. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol may be consumed only by passengers of legal age, only in stretch limousines and party buses where confirmed at booking, and never on bookings carrying passengers under nineteen. Damage to a vehicle beyond normal wear is charged at cost. The chauffeur may end a trip where passenger conduct is unsafe.

Liability. We carry commercial livery insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, airline changes or events outside our control, though we will do everything reasonable to complete the trip. Property left in a vehicle is held for collection.

Network bookings. Trips outside Ontario are fulfilled by member operators of LimousineWorldwide.Directory under the terms confirmed by our desk; we remain your point of contact.
